@mods can we get a ruling on the .5% cut == 2 or 0 .25% cuts, just so this market can be reasonably traded on? I don't really care either way but something should get decided and creator is inactive.

I think the best option is to count it as 2 rate cuts, it seems the most in line with the intent behind the question. Absent any objections in the next 72 hours, that will be the official ruling. (After developing that opinion myself I asked some LLMs and they agreed, which is an odd thing to do but they're surprisingly good at this)
