NO

California has had it's wettest 22 day period ever. The current water year with over 17.87 inches, is nearly double the historical average statewide and some sections of the state are more than double.

The wettest year on record being 42.81 inches, and forecasts are suggesting several more weeks of well above average rainfall.

Market will resolve at the end of the water year defined as between October 1 of 2022 and September 30 of 2023, or as soon as precipitation levels exceed the previous record as recorded by California Water Watch:

Hi Everyone! Apologize for failing on the lack of updates. Had taken a break from this platform, but will reset this market for 23/24 and post soon! Thank you all for your trades!

Trustworthy-ish resolved to NO - the wettest water year record in CA is about 43 inches, and it was 33 this water year.

predicted NO

Trending back towards record levels with significant additional rainfall expected across the next two weeks. Current precipitation totals could catch the record to date(not total year record) with these heavy rainfalls that are forecast. Unfortunately the snowpack which is now 200% of average levels will start to melt and potentially lead to significant flooding

predicted NO

Market Update: Precipitation to date while still well above the average and precipitation to date already exceeds by over 10% the entire previous water year. However it has fallen behind the historical record to date by roughly 33%
