This market resolves to YES if a DHS funding bill is signed into law AND the CBP officially announces the resumption of Global Entry arrivals processing at all participating U.S. airports before the end of the month.
It resolves to NO if the program remains suspended or the Department of Homeland Security remains under emergency "preservation of funds" status at 11:59 PM ET on March 31, 2026.
Resolution Date: March 31, 2026.
