This is a bad resolution. OP never answered why cantclosevim is an anti-fan or gave his definition for it.

@CourierSix If he starts shittalking destiny and it somehow gets to us then it will resolve yes. Otherwise if he doesnt beg for an unban before the year is over and appears in chat again then it's safe to say he's pretty much done with dgg and it will resolve yes.
