Resolves to YES if: at any point before close date, someone who previously held the trustworthy-ish badge (or the Manifold verification, whatever it may be renamed to) is banned.

They don't need to hold the badge right before they are banned, if they hold it at any point before their ban it counts. They can have held the badge before market creation (ex. if Isaac King or Ammon Lam gets banned, it would count).

Resolves to NO if: No trustworthy-ish/formerly trustworthy-ish user is banned by close.

Excludes any instances of this happening before market creation (just in case I missed something).
