Will the electoral college winner of the USA 2024 presidential election have won the popular vote in a majority (26 or more) of the 50 states?

Note that "states" refers only to overall winner in each state; congressional districts (such as NE-2) and non-states (such as D.C.) don't count for that part of the question.

To account for the unlikely event of an electoral college tie or faithless electors tipping the election, resolution will wait until the winner is determined.
