Resolves NO if the "posts" feature has been mostly or entirely removed. For example if old posts are visible, but it's impossible to create new ones, that would be a NO resolution.

@ScottLawrence If it's still possible to create them, but the URL for creating them is no longer linked in the main interface, is that still a YES?
e.g. the global leaderboards aren't linked anywhere that I know of, but people still check them. Same for the /live page - I wonder how many more features like this there are.
@chrisjbillington I think if I can't create a post just by clicking around, I should resolve NO. (By analogy with a more obvious case: if I had to use the API, that's a clear NO.)
