Garbage time will be defined as any time in the second half or overtime when one team leads by 10+ AND more than 2 points per remaining minute of game time.

Examples:

Either team leading by 17 with 8 minutes left is garbage time.

Either team leading by 9 with 4 minutes left is NOT garbage time.

If Gertrude enters the game at any point that is not garbage time, this will resolve to yes. If he doesn't enter the game or only enters the game in garbage time, this will resolve to no.
