I counted 225 markets created on May 15, eastern time (not counting polls). To resolve NO, the number of markets created on May 17 needs to be 46 or greater.

If we extrapolate the number of markets created over the last two hours (5) for the rest of the day, we would expect 60 markets to be created today, but there are probably more markets created at this time than other parts of the day.
