Resolves YES if any tariffs in excess of 20% are imposed on the relevant country between the listed dates and actually take effect for at least a minute. Resolves N/A if a country on the list already has such a tariff before the answer for that country is added to the market

Tariffs need to be on all imports and not just specific sectors, but they can have large-scale exemptions.
