Base payout per track:

1-20: dont like at all

20-35: went into intermediate youtube playlist 1

35-50: went into intermediate youtubeplaylist 2

200: into my offline playlist

Modifiers:

/2: Heard before

[]: partial listen because I dont like it that much

^: may increase payout in the future

(-n): too much bad tracks reduction
