The phase I trial isn't expected to be complete until June 2025 (see https://classic.clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT05164094?term=NCT05164094&rank=1) which is after the resolution date. And then they need to do phase II and III trials. There's basically zero chance the vaccine is approved by 2025.
