This market will resolve to "Yes" if, by December 31, 2025, Roronoa Zoro's sword, Enma, is explicitly depicted or stated in the "One Piece" manga or anime as having transformed into a permanent black blade. The transformation must be confirmed through official sources, such as the manga published by Shueisha or the anime produced by Toei Animation. If no such depiction or statement occurs by the specified date, the market will resolve to "No."
