Check out Figure 1; I'd say that's a pretty dang visible difference. (And see Fig 1c: even the lowest dose of far-UVC almost cut growth to zero.)
My one concern about your experimental setup as seen in that photo above, is that the Control Bread is too close to the Experimental Bread; it may be in the lightcone of the far-UVC rays. Would you mind shifting it across to the opposite side of the table?

@NickyCase The plates are actually in different rooms! The photograph was taken when we were irradiating both plates (so that they start relatively sterile).
