For anyone else checking after-the-fact, the only Nintendo Switch Experience in Italy was in Milan and only started April 25th, so he missed that too.

Based on the resolution criteria, I assume the requirement is whether someone could theoretically have played the switch 2 at that point in time, rather than the pope specifically? Since I don’t think he is likely to acquire a switch 2 (and thus could not play it) and it might not release in his region initially
