Went down to 2.4% in NOV from 2.9% in OCT
@snoozingnewt @RenatoKestener This release says "expected to be", not "was". I assume that's because it's preliminary data? Was the intent to resolve on preliminary data or wait for possible corrections?
@EvanDaniel To be fair, most news organizations including NYT have already published articles with the 2.4% statistic but without the "expected to be" or "preliminary"
