Ground rules:

Resolves YES if Wiebes finishes on the same time as a group that contests the victory of a race, but does not finish 1st.

Does not include relegations or disqualifications; only if someone beats her on the road.

Includes races of .1 level or higher, national or world championships.

Resolves NO if this does not occur before the end of the 2027 cycling season.

To my knowledge, the last time this happened was the Ronde van Brugge 2026, and not at all in 2025.
