This market resolves YES if, on or before Dec 31, 2035, the UK Government or any devolved government (Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland) brings into legal force a law, regulation, or statutory code that does any of the following:

A. Register. Creates or designates a database of people identified by trans status (legal gender change, gender-affirming treatment, or living in a gender other than that assigned at birth) that trans people are required to enrol in, or that is made queryable by bodies that could not access it as of Sep 1, 2026, such as police, employers, landlords, or service providers.

B. Mandatory disclosure by the individual. Imposes a general legal duty on trans people to disclose trans status or gender assigned at birth to a state body, employer, service provider, or other third party. This includes: a gender assigned at birth marker on ID/passports, driving licences, or digital ID that trans people cannot change or that is transmitted to verifiers; a statutory duty to declare gender assigned at birth when accessing services, employment, or housing; or a statutory duty to disclose before sexual activity.

C. Mandatory reporting by third parties. Requires clinicians, employers, schools, or other bodies to report an individual's trans status to a state body or central registry.
