Robinhood say that they will have ISAs ready in the UK this tax year (ie before April 6th 2026)

When exactly will they be publically available?

(With these date range questions I can't see how to make a N/A or 'Other' category, if ISAs aren't available before April 6th, I'm not sure how I'll resolve this question…)
