Resolves YES if the next publicly released report by AARO (All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office) explicitly references UAP data collected from more than 3 distinct sensor modalities (e.g., radar, infrared/FLIR, optical/visual, signals intelligence, acoustic, etc.). The modalities must be named or clearly described in the report itself (not inferred). The report must be released publicly, not only to Congress in classified form. Resolves NO if the report references 3 or fewer modalities, or if no public report is released within 12 months of this market's creation.
