Per NFL Playoff Scenarios, Browns needed to lose or tie this week in order to lose the division.

@RJPerez ok I trust that site. Do you have a source that defines what it means to "win" the AFC North? Because that site implies that it's defined by in-conference record, and I can't find any other source on that.
@TobyBW If the Browns win out and the Ravens lose out, they would have the same record, but the Browns would be 4-2 in division (vs Ravens 3-3). Week 18 would see Browns beat Bengals and Steelers beat Ravens.
