This market resolves YES if the video of this incident captured by the witness in pink is publically available at or before Jan 26, 2026, 09:05:59am CST (10:05:59am EST) -- approximately 2 days after the incident. Otherwise, resolves NO. This market will remain unresolved for at least 24 hours after it closes to ensure that no sources made available during the market window have been missed. (Expect it to resolve no later than 48 hours after closure.)

I will be the judge of if I believe the video was captured by this witness and is real. Officer/agent body cam footage does not count.
