I bought a DOOGEE V Max 2 Pro as my new phone. It's a tank of a phone with a truly absurd battery.

Apparently, I need to drain the battery entirely before the battery percentage is calibrated. Taking my phone off the charger this morning and driving 30 minutes to work today reported a battery loss of 40%, going from 100% to 60%.

It continued to drop precipitously until about 30-40%, when it started to taper off and slow down.

I have been continuing to torture the battery with usage until now. It reached 1% at about 3pm, and it is still surviving. How long can it stay at 1% with an uncalibrated battery reading?

Market resolves YES if it dies before completing my drive home tonight after hitting the gym. Otherwise, resolves NO. This should be approximately 4 hours after market open, give or take.

I will not charge the phone until it dies unless something truly strange forces me to, in which case this resolves N/A.

I personally would want it to survive because I am addicted to using Google Maps to get everywhere, even on repeated routes I should have comitted to memory.
