-The release day of the set will be considered, not the date a card was spoiled nor the prerelease date.

-The card must be unique by card name compared to any card printed before Jan 1, 2024.

-In the case of a Secret Lair Drop, the first date when they can be ordered will be considered, not delivery/fulfillment dates.

-Silver-border cards are fair game.

-Digital-only cards will not be considered; the card must be physically available.

-The card need only mention the Banding keyword by name in the rules text to resolve YES. Flavor text does not count. Adjacent abilities like Backup do not count.
