The top 3 answers reported on the actual game (not this prediction market) will resolve YES 100%, regardless of their relative order of popularity. The rest resolve NO.
The results post at 4pm ET, Aug 1, 2026. I was not one of the surveyed users this month. I do not know the correct answers, so I can trade on this market.

@Gen My hindsight speculation is that anything non-eye, but still on the face, counted as face. Like ear, nose, forehead, chin, and so on got lumped in together as face, so making it a super category might have boosted it by sheer volume.
But the fact that eye didn't make it is still surprising.
@Gen Im shocked that genitals didn't win! Theres no way that someone thought that getting a needle stuck on their face was less painful than getting a needle stuck in their balls.
Consider: what percentage of people surveyed are assigned male at birth?
@Chimpey ah, but we aren't talking about scientifically. We're talking about what people think will be the most painful, and people don't normally look at studies in this context.
@AlexanderTheGreater I don't know for sure. I'm just the messenger -- I'm mirroring Bilt's game show in a prediction market format.
The survey is in the form of a write-in response to the prompt. I imagine they group similar answers together, so my best guess is that lid and eyeball are grouped together to be the eye answer.
