If Magic: The Gathering ceases to exist as an officially supported intellectual property by the company that owns it, then market resolves N/A.
If both events presented below somehow occur on the same day by 11:59pm EST or if it somehow becomes impossible to determine which event occurred first via evidence that can be reasonably corroborated, then market resolves 100% to the "Quintorius" option 0% to the "Announcement" option.
If any of the links on the Comprehensive Rules page lead to a version of the Comprehensive Rules with a rule including a list of planeswalker types that includes "Quintorius" spelled correctly, then market resolves 100% to the "Quintorius" option if it's the first event to occur.
If the company that owns the Magic: The Gathering intellectual property publishes a Banned and Restricted Announcement (or any other article by a different name with equivalent aim and structure of presenting updates to banned and restricted cards) after December 16, 2024, then market resolves 100% to the "Announcement" option if it's the first event to occur.

Additional context:
The Lost Caverns of Ixalan, the set this Quintorius card was released in, did not add the Cave land subtype to the Comprehensive Rules for some time after this set released and subsequently created this new land subtype. I met somebody who worked on the Magic R&D team at a convention and notified them of this issue. The CR has since been updated and fixed this issue.
I was not aware of the Quintorius issue before meeting this person, so it might still be an unknown issue to them.
