@prismatic do you have a source beyond the Guardian article posted earlier? The only reference I saw in there was "Musk’s office featured a gaming rig complete with an oversized curved screen, and the Doge website had a leaderboard for tallying cuts in real time." That sounds substantially different from a leaderboard for the "most insanely dumb spending of tax dollars".
@prismatic This still just seems like a list of cuts/savings, not a list of "insanely dumb spending". I guess you could argue that 100% of "dumb spending" was eliminated but I imagine there would be plenty of situations where a line item might be considered dumb but for some reason couldn't be modified.
@wasabipesto yeah idk up to you. I bet based on the dssc comment below, but I can see how it's up for interpretation. I encourage you to make a final decision, though, since it seems like the MC is MIA.
@JussiVilleHeiskanen you're the largest YES holder, do you have any new evidence for a YES resolution? Without anything new I'd vote NO.
Also @Quillist I see you're still active on the site, this is your market so feel free to resolve according to your own thoughts. I'll only resolve after another ~24 hours have passed.
This suggests such a leaderboard was live in his office:
@Quillist How strict is the resolution criteria? Does the leaderboard specifically have to be called "most insanely dumb spending of tax dollars," or would a simple leaderboard of alleged ineffecient spending be enough to resolve this market to yes?
