If Trump is impeached for a third time, the market for that day and any proceeding days will resolve to yes. Otherwise, that day and all preceding days will resolve no. Once Trump is impeached the market can immediately resolve. Later acquittals or rulings that the impeachment was improper, etc. will have no bearing on this market. The third impeachment will immediately resolve this market. Impeachments made for something Trump did in his first term will also count. Impeachments made before January 20th will also count.
