Will there be any market type, other than the current five (Yes/No, Multiplce Choice, Free Response, Bounty, and Poll) that you can create from the "Create a question" button? This would include old deprecated types being brought back (including deprecated versions of types that currently exist) as well as any new type. If one of the five existing types is removed but then returns, that doesn't count.
