This market resolves to YES if any human user bets NO. It only counts as betting NO if the user actually holds NO shares at the end of the bet, so filling a limit order or buying NO shares when you already have more YES shares doesn't count, since that will just liquidate the shares. Placing a limit order on NO doesn't count either, unless the limit order is actually filled.
And to close the obvious loophole, it also doesn't count if you bet on NO and then immediately sell it. I will only count NO bets as valid if at least one of these conditions is met:
1. The user still holds NO shares at the time when I resolve the market.
2. The user held NO shares for at least 24 hours.
That way, no one can make the market resolve YES by buying and selling NO shares without the risk of the market resolving before they have sold the shares.
