@JosephNoonan theory is that it was a misclick due to lag (Which explains the ragequit as SirCryptomind's account appears to be deleted) or conspiracy theories about profit manipulation for leagues

He bought it up really high while disagreeing with the resolution criteria, somewhat similiar to the BTE market about manifold working. Unlikely this one is N/Aed though
