Will any primary debates sanctioned by the Democratic National Committee be conducted for the 2024 Presidential election?

Resolves YES when the first debate occurs, otherwise resolves NO when a candidate is nominated at the Democratic National Convention. (If the debates are santioned and scheduled but never actually conducted, that doesn't count. It doesn't matter which candidates actually attend, as long as there are at least two candidates and the debate is DNC-sanctioned.)
