Resolves yes if all the votes cast in at least one of the local electoral commissions ("obwodowa komisja wyborcza") outside of Poland will be considered invalid by the central commission (PKW) due to them not being all counted within the 24h time limit. This applies ONLY to the parliamentary elections votes, not the referendum (which seems to not impose a time limit).

Multiple sources (e.g. here) report that the central commission received counts from all polling stations abroad. My understanding is that some could still be voided due to other infractions but not because of missing the deadline (which is what this question is about). However, I think I'll wait with the resolution until we get all the results confirmed (100% in the top box on this page) or a confirmation that some counts were rejected but for other reasons
This article (PL) seems to suggest no one was late, but I can't find an official statement and another news item describes it more ambiguously:
I zapewnił, że "protokoły, które już dotarły do okręgowej komisji wyborczej i spełniają warunek, że wpłynęły przed upływem 24 godzin" zostaną policzone.
