Resolution criteria
This market resolves to YES for any named individual who says (social media, event, interview etc) they will/have cast an official vote against Chuck Schumer (or votes for an alternative candidate, abstains, or votes "present") in the next Senate Democratic Caucus leadership election.
Primary Source of Truth: Official announcements or vote tallies released by the Senate Democratic Caucus or confirmed on-the-record statements reported by major news organizations (such as Associated Press, Politico, or The Washington Post).
Other Criteria: If a named person does not publicly state their plans, an individual option resolves to YES if either:
An official breakdown of votes naming the member is made public by caucus leadership or official party releases.
Multiple other senators explicitly and publicly confirms on the record that they voted against Schumer, voted for another candidate, or abstained/voted "present" in the closed-door vote.
Major consensus reporting (confirmed by multiple credible media outlets citing caucus sources) identifies the member as having voted against Schumer.
If Schumer is elected by acclamation or voice vote without a recorded tally or confirmed dissents, all options resolve to NO unless specific members publicly state on the record that they registered a dissent or opposed his nomination.
If an individual listed is not a member of the Senate Democratic Caucus at the time of the vote, that individual resolves to NO.
