It looks like there's a big negotiation deadline this coming week on the 10th! Permission to strike is irrelevent; this market will resolve Yes if a strike is actually initiated by the union (wildcat strike counts). I reserve the right to delay the deadline a few days if the negotiations gets a short extension, but will definitely be resolving this month for League purposes.
