This market resolves Yes if any official Israeli government/military statement takes any degree of responsibility for the Hamas-reported deaths of the Bibas family. Saying "Hamas is ultimately responsible for all hostage deaths, but tragically it does appear one of our strikes may have hit these human shields" would resolve Yes, because it is taking more than zero responsibility for the family's death.
