Resolution criteria
This market will resolve YES if the total number of unique traders who participate in this market is 35 or greater. It will resolve NO if there are 34 or fewer unique traders.
The number of unique traders will be determined by the official "Traders" count displayed on the market page upon its close. This market is set to resolve based on the outcome of the user's commission structure, as defined by the provided formula of Ṁ3 per unique trader.
Background
The creator has specified a liquidity of Ṁ100 for this market. Based on the stated commission rate of Ṁ3 per unique trader, reaching a threshold of 35 unique traders (ensuring at least 34 participants other than the creator) results in a commission total exceeding Ṁ100 (34 traders * Ṁ3 = Ṁ102).

I'm a bit confused about how I should resolve it, in a market name i stated resolution criteria as "more than Ṁ100 in commissions" which will not require 35 trades cause currently trade commission is Ṁ6 not Ṁ3 like it was before. In a description i stated resolution criteria as "unique traders who participate in this market are 35 or greater".
Please provide arguments for one position or another, i'm currently willing to stick with a description criteria.
@OleksiiM Resolution criteria already states in order to resolve yes it needs 35+ traders so i would stick to that.
