N/A
Mar 11, 6:59am: Clarification: here, "Russian scientists" = "Scientists working in Russia". The question is not about scientists who emigrated long time ago, but about scientists who work in Russia right now. The question will be resolved to YES/NO if there is an explicit statement about banning/not banning made by at least 2 major publishers. The question resolves to probability if statements are conflicting or no such statements.

"I kinda want to know both answers" then you need two separate markets asking separate questions. I would resolve this one as N/A and start two new ones.
Well it's not possible to give both answers via the market, since they might conflict. Personally, I do not think they should. Science benefits when it's as separated from politics as possible, and we don't want to be encouraging Russian separatism if we can help it. As for whether they will, I don't know. The market's 10% seems like a reasonable estimate to me.
@Isaac King - yes, I kinda want to know both answers. Not sure how to formulate it better and not be overly verbose.
Your market title doesn't match your description. "Should" is very different from "will".
No-.. Why-... What would that even HELP?!?
"Russian scientists" - definitely no, as it would exclude also people who emigrated long time ago and are unrelated to current situation in Russia. BTW, how you plan to resolve this?
