Resolution Criteria This market will resolve as YES if both of the following occur during calendar year 2025:
AOC is arrested by law enforcement (not just detained or questioned)
A mugshot from this arrest is publicly released by official sources
The market will resolve as NO if either:
AOC is not arrested in 2025
AOC is arrested but no mugshot is released
Only one condition is met (either arrest or mugshot, but not both)
If AOC is arrested multiple times in 2025, only one arrest needs to result in a released mugshot for the market to resolve YES.
Considerations
A "perp walk" photo or other police photography that is not an official mugshot will not count
The arrest must be formally documented by law enforcement
The mugshot must be released through official channels (e.g. law enforcement agencies, court records) rather than leaked or unofficial sources
The arrest and mugshot must both occur in 2025 - an arrest in 2025 with a mugshot released in 2026 would resolve as NO
