Will I regret letting a new coworker stay in my apartment for 3 weeks while I'm away?

NO
I've met her once during interviews, she seemed fine, we're hiring her as a postdoc so she's probably a reasonable person. She needed a place to stay for a while before her long-term lease starts, and it happened to be while I was going to be away on vacation so I said she could stay in my apartment (and am only charging her 2x the utilities-I-would't-otherwise-be-paying). Possible reasons for regret: - she breaks my microwave or spills food on my couch or something - my landlord is unhappy about this (it's technically against the lease, but I would be shocked if anyone noticed, I almost never interact with anyone from management) - other things I'm not thinking of because I've never done this before?

@vlad single

Plausibility of at least some minor regret combined with great odds mean a modest 'yes' bet seems solid here.

@EliGaultney FYI minor regret may not be sufficient, as the question is “will I regret…” (implying overall regret) rather than “will I feel any regret at all about...” Of course ultimately depends on what the marker creator meant!

Probably fine, it's the long tail people worry about.
oops, forgot to start this with a lower-than-50% probability
