Because it is unfeasible for me to be staring at the USACO website 24/7, the market will resolve to the earliest provable date at which the competition schedule was released, which will most likely be in the form of a discord message.
It must be an official release by USACO, so if they get leaked (prob not happening) then it doesn't count.
