Assuming the "Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, announced 24 hours in advance" pattern holds, then this can only resolve YES if there's a Direct on the 29th, 30th, or 31st. Given Nintendo's long tradition of early September directs, that seems pretty unlikely.
