Can resolve no if the 100m one did?

@MarcusAbramovitch I am not sure exactly who resolved the 100M one. It looks like you put 100k into this on the expectation that it would resolve quickly. I don't see any reason not to resolve it to No, given the other one already did and no one complained. I'll also resolve the 600M one.

Just be warned that if someone overrules me and says this needs to unresolve for whatever reason, you would probably be at risk of a huge negative balance until it is all sorted out.
