Resolves Yes if it is ever more Joever than when Joe Biden stepped aside as Dem nominee.

It is officially more Joever if:
- His presidential term is cut short for any reason

- He is impeached

- Presidential job approval falls below 35% on RCP (all time low by ~2%)

- There is a news cycle which is more negative for Joe than the debate/drop-out period, as affirmed by a Manifold poll

Otherwise, resolves No when the next president is sworn in.
