The market will resolve Yes if any concrete plan to release the Grok phone, or any other Grok-related or X-related AI-enabled consumer hardware device is made in 2024.

For comparison, something like the "Solana phone" announcement would count. There is no need for the device to be made, have a price point, or take deposits.

The announcement would come from official company sources and confirmed by Elon Musk. A hint or ambiguity will not resolve in a Yes market. A meme or single word tweet like "Phone" will also not resolve the market.
