Resolves to ranked choice poll at market close. I will ask this question in the poll with following description: based on your subjective opinion and considering metrics such as accessibility, enjoyment to play, enjoyment to watch, etc. please rank the following sports from top to bottom.
🏅 Top traders

@Mochi I wonder if this poll is tracking one of the following more accurately:
People voting by what they think other people will vote. Either by sorting into the existing favorite and sort of matching the probabilities.
Knowing that various measures show soccer is "The Top Sport" by viewership, followed by cricket, field hockey, and basketball. So voters here choosing an objective tracker versus their own subjective enjoyment.
Either way I enjoy your choice to do these related markets like you did with fast food! Should play around with some alternatives to the question with more specific criteria to see how the results differ.
@ShaneBo yea hoping to try some other variations of these markets to see the results. I really enjoyed the fast food one but I got lots of low reviews for subjectivity (Ammon Lam also got similar treatment for some of his subjective markets), so I am just gonna do polls decision from now on.
@Mochi that's frustrating. I'm usually one to fight subjectivity, but when you list out the criteria as you do, answer comments clearly, and so on I don't see why people can be upset. I'm in a market currently where the resolution criteria are such that if two sources say something happens then it resolves yes , but market maker made the decision deep into the market run that one of the sources shouldn't count because of not listed subjective choice. That I think merits a challenge, but not what you're doing here.
@ShaneBo thanks for the support. I think some users (small group) like to give reviews based on the results more than how well market was ran which is frustrating. And yea i agree if an objective market transforms into a subjective choice, then it becomes an issue, whereas it should be totally fair for a market to start off subjective and stays subjective.
@Mochi Also happens on objective markets – I had a user give me 1 star because FairlyRandom did not produce the random number that would have meant that they win. 😬 😅
@Mochi Wild, imo watching and betting on sports all day I have to say soccer is the most accessible, but almost objectively the worst sport to watch for enjoyment (sorry baseball fans). If you never watched it before, T20 cricket matches are surprisingly exciting.
@Jessef0226 soccer matches are so polarizing to watch. Sometimes you get psg vs Bayern leg 1 and makes soccer seemingly the best sport ever, and then next day you get Arsenal vs athletic Madrid which is arguably worse than watching paint dry.
@Mochi hold on, how did you sell your stake in Manifold Markets without having a stake in Manifold Markets?
@100Anonymous I had stake in others, once manifold markets got added, part of “others” got automatically converted to it
