GM adding a new executive role to Cruise, Chief Administration Officer. Adjacent to CEO, taking over management of Legal & Policy, Communications, and Finance teams. Kyle Vogt still CEO

Cruise is under fire for covering-up video of their car dragging a woman underneath for 20 feet after she was hit by a different (human-driven) car. Journalists and the CA DMV (reportedly) were only shown video of the initial impact-- the subsequent dragging during a "pullover manuever" was not shared.

Kyle Vogt has not tweeted since the revelations, although @Cruise PR has put out a statement on the dragging

@MingweiSamuel that second article in particular was extremely interesting and helpful to understand the current situation. It now makes sense to me why Cruise took the risk to hide the full accident details. I'm still betting Kyle keeps his position but I'm betting without a lot of confidence.
