Resolves YES if the court order mandating OpenAI to log all outputs, including deleted chats, is reversed by December 31, 2025. The order was issued in response to legal actions concerning data retention and privacy practices. Resolution will be based on official court documents or credible news reports confirming the reversal of the order.
Resolution will be based on my best judgement but I'm looking for a pretty full reversal here, if this only gets partially rolled back I'll resolve NO. If the reversal gets reversed, that doesn't matter - it doesn't actually need to go into effect to count as a YES. I will not bet in this market.
