This market resolves YES if the China domestic spot price of NdPr oxide (praseodymium-neodymium oxide, min 99% TREO), converted to USD at the prevailing CNY/USD rate, is above 110 USD/kg on March 31, 2027, otherwise NO. If no price is published that day, the most recent prior published price is used.
YES if: the price is strictly above 110 USD/kg. NO if: the price is at or below 110 USD/kg.
