I want to be clear: this market will resolve to the percent of voters participating in this contest who cast a "Yes" vote. Currently that is at 62% according to the California Secretary of State.

This market will resolve to the percentage of Yes voting for 

, "Right to Marry and Repeal Proposition 8 Amendment". This repeals Proposition 8 from 2008, which made same-sex marriage illegal (and then was invalidated by the 2015 Supreme Court decision). It is scheduled to go on the ballot in the November 5, 2024 election.

If the measure does not make it to the ballot, resolves N/A.
