This market will resolve to the percentage of Yes voting for Proposition 3, "Right to Marry and Repeal Proposition 8 Amendment". This repeals Proposition 8 from 2008, which made same-sex marriage illegal (and then was invalidated by the 2015 Supreme Court decision). It is scheduled to go on the ballot in the November 5, 2024 election.
